To Search for a CA with Plant Finance and Accounts person with 10 plus years experience and of working at similar type of set up in Maharashtra
Challenges and/or Constraints
Though the company had a good brand name in export markets, it was not known in India as much. Most of the Indian companies do not have both soap and soap noodles processes/plants. Few large Indian Companies and MNCs where they had bopt the processes, person was either already working at senior level or higher in salary package or was not willing for relocation to SE Asia.
Searched, Enticed, Evaluated, Recommended & Eventually placed person with over 2 decade of experience and 10 plus years experience in heading production for smaller plant at overseas locations.
