Challenges and/or Constraints
It was a challenge to find a qualified person with Product Development experience and with exposure to premium fashion jewelry.

Searched, Enticed, Evaluated, Recommended & Eventually placed an experienced and well qualified professional with 12 years experience including 3 years as a Head Quality in similar manufacturing set up.

Challenges and/or Constraints
It was a challenge to find a stable QA professional having both qualification and experience in QA for apparel processing for the said location.
