Searched, Enticed, Evaluated, Recommended & Eventually placed an experienced professional with 15 years industry experience and experience in handling projects, planning directly.

Challenges and/or Constraints
It was a greenfield project and finding the person with similar experience to handle entire operations was a challenge as not all plants were fully automated and/or had only Production Head (reporting to CEO/Promoters) with no experience in handling operations beyond production.

Searched, Enticed, Evaluated, Recommended & Eventually placed an experienced professional with 25 years industry experience and had worked with large companies, MNCs in the past.

Challenges and/or Constraints
The organization though had strong pedigree, has lost business to a great extent. Plus ,they needed experience in both API and formulations but did not have budgets to afford a person from larger companies.hence those already apprehensive about the company did not consider the role as a favourable option.
