Search Criteria
To search for an experienced finance professional with 10 years experience with manufacturing companies and preferably participated in operational matters. Africa experience was most preferred.

Search Result  
Searched, Enticed, Evaluated, Recommended & Eventually placed an experienced professional with 15 years experience including 5 years overseas and 3 years in West Africa and very relevant industry experience.

Challenges and/or Constraints
It was a challenge to find an expatriate finance professional with previous Africa experience.
