To Search for a person with strong industry experience and experience of handling Talent Acquisition for multiple SBUs or companies at Corporate Level.
Challenges and/or Constraints
To find the person with experience in handling role at the group level or SBU level for manufacturing-based set up was a challenge as those with 15 plus years experience were already leading that. They had budgetary constraints hence the person working with larger group/MNCs was unlikely to fit in.
